The Journalism minor provides students with foundational knowledge and skills essential for reporting, editing, content creation, and media literacy. With a mix of required courses and electives, students gain expertise in the journalistic fundamentals of gathering new information and presenting it in compelling ways, while also pursuing specific areas that interest them. This 18-credit minor is a useful complement to a wide variety of majors, especially in other communication-related fields.
