Study in the Nursing Administration and Nurse Executive Leadership certificate program provides nurses with a master’s degree the opportunity to explore areas in nursing that will further expand their roles within the profession. The program requires completion of the specialty courses of the Nursing Administration and Nurse Executive Leadership master’s degree program as well as 90-hours of clinical practice with nurse leader preceptors. The capstone project prepares students to perform effectively in a high-level management or executive position in a healthcare provider institution. Students who have completed Seton Hall’s Nursing Administration and Nurse Executive Leadership program can earn this certificate upon the completion of the clinical practica.
