The Instructional Design and Technology (IDAT) M.A.E. with a concentration in New Jersey Supervisor’s Certification prepares teachers, technology teachers, coaches, coordinators, and school library media specialists to meet the New Jersey State Department of Education 12-credit requirement for a supervisor’s certificate while deepening their knowledge and expertise of 21st century digital technologies. Leaders in education engage in the theory and practice of supervision and curriculum while improving and strengthening their ability to effectively model and facilitate technology enhanced educational and management experiences. This continuous learning deepens professional knowledge, skills, and dispositions in organizational change, leadership, project management, and professional practice.
