(For Business Majors)
Adviser: Leigh Onimus, J.D.
Students pursuing the B.S.B. have the option to apply to a dual degree program in which they can earn both their bachelor’s degree and a J.D. within a 6-year period. In this accelerated program, students complete their undergraduate coursework in three years and receive their bachelor’s degree after completion of their first year of Law School.
Students may apply for dual admission to both degrees only at the time of their initial application to the School and are evaluated based on their SAT/ACT and grade point average. Only students pursuing certain majors within Stillman will be able to complete this degree (Accounting, Finance and Technology (FinTech), Mathematical Finance, and Quantitative Economics and Econometrics are excluded).
Once admitted to the program, students must maintain a certain grade point average each year and meet the LSAT score established by the Law School prior to transitioning to the J.D. portion of this program.
In order to complete B.S.B. requirements in 3 years, the following waivers are granted:
Students should work closely with their adviser for course planning/progression.
